Privacy Policy
RAL HR web and mobile apps. Last updated 2 November 2026.
RAL HR is an HR and payroll system that employers use to manage their people. This policy explains what personal data the RAL HR website (hr.raltech.dev) and the RAL HR mobile apps for Android and iOS collect, why, how long it is kept and how you can have it deleted. RAL HR is provided by RAL SOFTWARE SERVICES, Kingdom of Bahrain ("we", "us").
Your employer creates your account and decides what HR data is held about you. For that data your employer is the data controller and we process it on the employer's behalf as its processor, under the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) and our agreement with the employer. Questions about your HR records should normally go to your employer's HR team first.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, work email, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), language and theme preferences, sign-in history and two-step sign-in settings.
- Employment data: employee number, job title, department, manager, contract and start dates, leave requests and balances, approvals, documents and requests you submit, and messages you send in the app, including questions typed or spoken to the Ask RAL assistant.
- Payroll data: salary, allowances, deductions, payslips, bank details used for salary payment, and social insurance and end of service information entered by your employer.
- Attendance location: when you check in or out, the app reads your precise location once, while the app is open, to confirm you are at your work site. We do not track your location in the background and the app does not request background location.
- Photos and files: photos you take with the camera or choose from your gallery, and files you attach, for example receipts for expense claims or documents for a request. Only the images you pick are uploaded.
- Microphone and speech: only while you hold the microphone button in Ask RAL, your speech is turned into text by your device's speech recognition service. We receive the text, not an audio recording.
- Device data: a push notification token so we can send you alerts such as leave decisions and approvals waiting, plus the device model, operating system and app version for security and support.
- Biometrics: if you turn on fingerprint or Face ID unlock, the check happens on your device. We never receive your biometric data.
2. How we use it
- To provide the HR service your employer has set up: self-service, leave, attendance, payslips, approvals, documents and notifications.
- To calculate and show payroll and statutory amounts as configured by your employer.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and investigate problems.
- To answer support requests and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. Sharing
- Your employer: authorised HR staff and managers in your organisation see the data their role allows.
- Service providers who help us run RAL HR, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and push notification services (Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging). They act on our instructions and may only use the data to provide their service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, for example payroll, social insurance or court orders.
Where data is processed outside Bahrain, we use the safeguards required by the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law.
4. Security
All traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted in transit with HTTPS (TLS). Access is limited by role and logged, passwords are hashed, and sign-in tokens on your phone are kept in the device's secure storage.
5. How long we keep data

When an employer stops using RAL HR, its data is deleted or returned to it under our agreement.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You can ask to access, export, correct or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing.
- In the app: More, Settings, Delete my account. On the website: My hub, Privacy. The request goes to your employer's HR team and you can follow or withdraw it in the app.
- By email: write to info@raltech.dev from your work email with the subject "Delete my RAL HR account". We will pass it to your employer and confirm what was deleted.
Your sign-in account and the personal details not covered by a legal duty are erased. Payroll and other records your employer must keep by law are retained for the statutory period and then deleted. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Bahrain.
7. Children
RAL HR is a workplace tool for adults. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above. Important changes will also be shown in the app.

RAL HR نظام للموارد البشرية والرواتب تستخدمه جهات العمل لإدارة موظفيها. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات الشخصية التي يجمعها موقع RAL HR (hr.raltech.dev) وتطبيقا RAL HR لنظامي أندرويد وiOS، وسبب جمعها، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيف يمكنك طلب حذفها. يقدّم RAL HR RAL SOFTWARE SERVICES، مملكة البحرين ("نحن").
جهة عملك هي التي تنشئ حسابك وتحدد بيانات الموارد البشرية المحفوظة عنك. بالنسبة لهذه البيانات تكون جهة عملك هي المسؤولة عن المعالجة، ونعالجها نحن نيابة عنها بصفتنا معالجًا للبيانات وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية البحريني (القانون رقم 30 لسنة 2018) واتفاقنا مع جهة العمل. يُفضّل توجيه الأسئلة عن سجلاتك أولًا إلى فريق الموارد البشرية لدى جهة عملك.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني للعمل، رقم الهاتف، كلمة المرور (تُحفظ مُشفّرة بطريقة آمنة فقط)، تفضيلات اللغة والمظهر، سجل تسجيل الدخول وإعدادات التحقق بخطوتين.
- بيانات العمل: الرقم الوظيفي، المسمى الوظيفي، القسم، المدير، تواريخ العقد وبدء العمل، طلبات الإجازة وأرصدتها، الموافقات، المستندات والطلبات التي تقدمها، والرسائل التي ترسلها في التطبيق ومنها الأسئلة التي تكتبها أو تقولها لمساعد اسأل RAL.
- بيانات الرواتب: الراتب، البدلات، الاستقطاعات، قسائم الراتب، البيانات المصرفية المستخدمة لدفع الراتب، ومعلومات التأمين الاجتماعي ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة التي تدخلها جهة عملك.
- موقع الحضور: عند تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف يقرأ التطبيق موقعك الدقيق مرة واحدة أثناء فتح التطبيق للتأكد من وجودك في موقع العمل. لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية ولا يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع في الخلفية.
- الصور والملفات: الصور التي تلتقطها بالكاميرا أو تختارها من معرض الصور والملفات التي ترفقها، مثل إيصالات المصروفات أو مستندات طلب ما. لا يُرفع إلا ما تختاره أنت.
- الميكروفون والكلام: فقط أثناء الضغط على زر الميكروفون في اسأل RAL، تحوّل خدمة التعرّف على الكلام في جهازك كلامك إلى نص. نستلم النص وليس تسجيلًا صوتيًا.
- بيانات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات لإرسال التنبيهات مثل قرارات الإجازة والموافقات المنتظرة، وطراز الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق لأغراض الأمان والدعم.
- البصمة: إذا فعّلت فتح التطبيق بالبصمة أو Face ID فإن التحقق يتم على جهازك، ولا نستلم أي بيانات حيوية.
2. كيف نستخدمها
- لتقديم خدمة الموارد البشرية التي أعدّتها جهة عملك: الخدمة الذاتية، الإجازات، الحضور، قسائم الراتب، الموافقات، المستندات والإشعارات.
- لحساب وعرض الرواتب والمبالغ النظامية وفق إعدادات جهة عملك.
- لحماية الحسابات ومنع الاحتيال وسوء الاستخدام والتحقق من المشكلات.
- للرد على طلبات الدعم والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات أو للتتبع عبر التطبيقات.
3. مشاركة البيانات
- جهة عملك: يرى موظفو الموارد البشرية والمديرون المخوّلون في مؤسستك ما تسمح به أدوارهم.
- مزوّدو الخدمات الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل RAL HR، مثل الاستضافة السحابية وإرسال البريد الإلكتروني وخدمات الإشعارات (خدمة إشعارات Apple وFirebase Cloud Messaging). يعملون وفق تعليماتنا ولا يستخدمون البيانات إلا لتقديم خدمتهم.
- الجهات الرسمية عندما يفرض القانون ذلك، مثل الرواتب أو التأمين الاجتماعي أو أوامر المحاكم.
عند معالجة البيانات خارج البحرين نطبّق الضمانات التي يفرضها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية البحريني.
4. الأمان
كل الاتصالات بين التطبيقات وخوادمنا مشفّرة أثناء النقل عبر HTTPS (TLS). الوصول محدود حسب الدور ومسجّل، وكلمات المرور مُشفّرة، ورموز الدخول على هاتفك محفوظة في التخزين الآمن للجهاز.

عندما تتوقف جهة عمل عن استخدام RAL HR تُحذف بياناتها أو تُعاد إليها وفق اتفاقنا معها.
6. حقوقك وحذف الحساب
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصديرها أو تصحيحها أو محوها، والاعتراض على معالجتها أو تقييدها.
- من التطبيق: المزيد، الإعدادات، حذف حسابي. ومن الموقع: صفحتي، الخصوصية. يصل الطلب إلى فريق الموارد البشرية لدى جهة عملك ويمكنك متابعته أو سحبه من التطبيق.
- بالبريد الإلكتروني: راسلنا على info@raltech.dev من بريد العمل بعنوان "حذف حسابي في RAL HR"، وسنحيله إلى جهة عملك ونؤكد لك ما تم حذفه.
يُمحى حساب الدخول والبيانات الشخصية التي لا يشملها التزام قانوني. أما الرواتب والسجلات التي يلزم القانون جهة عملك بالاحتفاظ بها فتُحفظ للمدة النظامية ثم تُحذف. ويحق لك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى هيئة حماية البيانات الشخصية في البحرين.
7. الأطفال
RAL HR أداة عمل للبالغين، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات أي شخص دون 18 عامًا.
8. التغييرات
ننشر أي تغيير على هذه السياسة في هذه الصفحة ونحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وتُعرض التغييرات المهمة في التطبيق أيضًا.
